Technical information about this website’s accessibility

Green Rewards Ltd trading as Team Jump is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.

Compliance status

The website has been tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standard.

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

  • The weekly tracker form is missing a form label. 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (Level A). Planned fix: These components are being reviewed as part of ongoing platform enhancements, remediation expected April 2026.
  • The Contact Us page is missing a form label. 2.4.6 Headings and Labels (Level AA). Planned fix: These components are being reviewed as part of ongoing platform enhancements, remediation expected April 2026.
  • There are some very low contrast between text and background colors. 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum) (Level AA). Planned fix: These components are being reviewed as part of ongoing platform enhancements, remediation expected March 2026.
  • The Leaderboard has a empty table header which contains no text. 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (Level A). Planned fix: These components are being reviewed as part of ongoing platform enhancements, remediation expected April 2026.
  • Some interactive components, such as leaderboards and progress visualisations, may not be fully operable using a keyboard alone. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.1.1 (Keyboard). Planned fix: These components are being reviewed as part of ongoing platform enhancements, remediation expected June 2026.
  • User-submitted images displayed via the Activity Feed do not include alt-text. WCAG 2.2 – 1.1.1 Non-text Content (Level A). Planned fix: These components are being reviewed as part of ongoing platform enhancements, remediation expected June 2026.

Disproportionate burden

Certain historical client-specific visualisations would require significant redevelopment to fully meet accessibility requirements. We have assessed the cost and resource implications and believe that addressing all historical instances immediately would be a disproportionate burden.

We will reassess this when major platform refactors or client programme renewals take place.

Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations

PDFs and other documents

The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services. Some legacy client resources fall into this category.

Any new PDFs or downloadable documents we publish will meet accessibility standards.

Third-party content

Some third-party tools and integrations used within the platform (for example, embedded maps or external learning content) are outside of our direct control and may not fully meet accessibility requirements.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

Accessibility is considered as part of ongoing platform development. We:

  • design new features to meet WCAG 2.2 AA where feasible
  • review accessibility issues as part of our bug reporting and prioritisation process
  • test key user journeys using assistive technologies
